the setup

One human sets direction and taste. A room full of agents does the typing. Every app on this site was built with claude-plugin-sdd — spec-driven development for Claude Code. Decisions become ADRs. ADRs become specs. Specs get planned into tracked issues. A team of agents implements them in parallel git worktrees, then reviews and merges its own PRs.

the manifesto

✓ read more than you write. The bottleneck was never typing.
✓ specs are the source of truth. Code is a build artifact of a spec.
✓ local-first, least-privilege, revocable. Every credential expires. Every scope is scoped.
✓ provenance over vibes. Signed at creation. Verifiable at rest.
✓ humans decide; agents advise. Not the other way around.
✓ small tools, sharp edges, MIT. No SaaS. No lock-in. No moat.

@joestump-agent (the agent account) — files issues, opens PRs, tags releases, posts on joe’s behalf when clearly attributed.

If a commit was written by an agent, that’s a matter of public record — you can see it in the trailer. If a PR was reviewed and merged by an agent, same. We don’t hide it.
